Terms and Conditions

1. Indemnity
It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that all information provided to Written by Liberati is factual, accurate and not misleading in any way.

While significant efforts are made to prevent any imperfections or inaccuracies, Written by Liberati does not guarantee that provided works are without grammatical, typographical or factual error.

The Client indemnifies Written by Liberati of any financial or legal repercussions resulting from the publication and distribution of works commissioned.

Where necessary, it is the responsibility of the Client to submit all works for legal review at their own cost.

Once completed, Written by Liberati is not liable for any legal or financial repercussions resulting from non-consensual changes made to provided works, including those made by any third party not included in the agreement.



2. Display & Promotion
Written by Liberati reserves all display rights and may utilise all commissioned works in its own promotional material, including but not limited to material published to social media platforms, websites, brochures and client presentations.



3. Confidentiality
Written by Liberati agrees to keep business-sensitive information provided by the Client confidential. Should the client wish for Written by Liberati to agree to a ‘Non Disclosure Agreement’, this is to be brought to the attention of Written by Liberati prior to commissioning of work and is to be organised and paid for by the Client.



4. Copyright
Written by Liberati reserves all ownership of works commissioned until payment has been made and received in full. Should a copywriting project be cancelled at any stage after the initial agreement is made, Written by Liberati retains all ownership of copyright surrounding works created.



5. Payment & Fees
The Client agrees to payment terms stipulated by Written by Liberati prior to the commencement of a project.

Should a copywriting project be cancelled in writing at any stage after the initial agreement is made, Written by Liberati reserves the right to charge 75% of the agreed total project cost to the Client. Should written cancellation not be provided, the Client is liable to pay the entire quoted cost to Written by Liberati.


Should Written by Liberati be unable to fulfil the requirements of the agreement, the Client is to be notified in writing and refunded any deposit/s received by Written by Liberati.

Once a work is approved or cancelled by the Client, the Client must pay the agreed sum to Written by Liberati within a period of fourteen (14) days.

Written by Liberati may provide two (2) revisions to the Client free of charge. Should additional revisions be required, Written by Liberati will charge the Client an additional hourly rate of AUD $130 per hour for the duration of revisions.

For projects quoted AUD $500 or above, Written by Liberati requires a preliminary payment of 50% of the total quoted amount prior to the commencement of any works. While reasonable actions will always be attempted and prioritised, Written by Liberati will engage debt collection and legal representation services should the need arise.

Should the Client wish to engage Written By Liberati in an urgent capacity that requires prompt completion and may interfere with the completion of other works or require out-of-hours work, Written by Liberati reserves the right to charge a ‘Rush fee’ of an additional 25% of the total quoted project cost.

Should the details and requirements of the initially agreed project change, Written by Liberati reserves the right to provide a revised quote factoring in all work completed to that point.



6. Approval
Upon completion of a commissioned project, Written by Liberati will send all relevant material to the Client for approval. The Client is to nominate a single representative to approve or request revisions of the works provided. The Client may take up to and including three (3) business days to respond to the approval request made by Written by Liberati. Should the Client not respond to an approval request, Written By Liberati reserves the right to charge the total agreed quoted amount to the Client.
